Lighting

New fixtures, recessed lights, ceiling fans and the small electrical fixes that make a room feel finished - in Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock and across the Atlanta area.

Good lighting is the cheapest renovation there is. A dated fixture swapped for one you chose, a few recessed cans where the ceiling was dark, a fan that finally stops wobbling: small jobs, big difference. We do the work on existing wiring, leave the ceiling patched and clean, and take the old fixture away.

What we do

  • Replace or install light fixtures, pendants and chandeliers
  • Recessed lighting in kitchens, living rooms and finished basements
  • Ceiling fans, with a fan-rated box where the old one won't carry the weight
  • Dimmers, switches and outlets swapped or added on existing circuits
  • Under-cabinet and accent lighting
  • Fixtures that flicker, buzz or quit - diagnosed and fixed

How it works

Send a photo of the room and a line about what you want through the quote form on this page, and we'll reply within a business day with a price or a question. Most fixture work is a half-day visit; recessed lighting runs a day. You'll know the date before we book it.

Common questions

Can you add a light where there isn't one?
Usually, when there is wiring nearby to extend from. Work that needs a new circuit or a change at the panel is a job for a licensed electrician, and we'll tell you that up front rather than guess.
Do I buy the fixture, or do you?
Either. Many homeowners pick a fixture they like and we install it; if you'd rather we source it, say so in the request and we'll include it in the quote.
How long does a fixture swap take?
Most swaps take under an hour once we're on site. Recessed lighting depends on how many cans and what's above the ceiling; we'll say in the quote.
